Healthy Breathing & COVID-19
I don't really see how much I need to add to a report about the need to know how to breathe properly. I can only suggest that it is critically important and serves as a central feature of the work I do with the folks I consult with on improving their physical, mental and emotional health. When it came to the contractions and constant pressure in my lungs and chest, I needed to work on deepening (diaphragmatic) and slowing my respiration to 6/minute, I was glad to know what had to be done.
